Emblemsmith lets you generate logo designs with AI, purchase the resulting files, and order custom-printed merchandise. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Ownership

When you purchase a Logo Pack, you receive full ownership of that design for any personal or commercial use, forever. We don't resell your purchased designs. Watermarked previews remain our property until purchased. AI-generated designs are provided as-is; you are responsible for confirming a design doesn't conflict with existing trademarks before registering it as one.

Your uploads

Upload only artwork you have the right to use. You keep all rights to uploaded files; we only use them to print your order and show your mockups.

Merchandise

Merch is printed on demand. Because every item is custom, orders can't be canceled once in production. Defective or damaged items are replaced free — reply to your receipt email with a photo within 30 days.

Samples

Sample orders ship one real item for a $5 deposit with a saved payment method. If you keep the sample, the remaining balance (item price plus standard shipping, minus your deposit) is automatically charged to that payment method after the 14-day trial window. To return it, reply to your receipt email within the window and postmark the return before the window ends — the balance is never charged, and only the deposit is kept to cover shipping. One active sample per customer.

Refunds

Logo Pack purchases are delivered instantly and are refundable within 7 days if the files are defective. Reply to your Stripe receipt to reach us.

Fair use

Don't use the generator to create hateful, infringing, or unlawful content, and don't attempt to bypass the preview watermark. We may refuse service for abuse.
